We Stopped Looking, Then Found Forever
Our story
After heartbreak, we both wondered if lasting love was meant for us. Then, in our mid-thirties, my cousin introduced us at a conference I was hosting in Cape Town. Neither was looking for love, yet we found home in each other. Three months later we lived together. Since then, we’ve crossed continents, eloped in Uruguay, followed faith, and chosen adventure—always together.
What the weekend would mean to us
Starting over in America has been one of our biggest adventures yet—a beautiful leap of faith filled with both excitement and challenges. A weekend at the ranch would feel like a little celebration of how far we’ve come. We adore animals, adventure and experiencing new places together, and Texas is high on our bucket list. To slow down, breathe, laugh and make memories together at the ranch would be incredibly special—a reminder that sometimes the most beautiful chapters come after the hardest ones.
