Lydia & Craig
Blind Date gone Wrong
Our story
I went to a softball party 31 years ago to meet a guy my coworker had set me up with. But he (coworker) forgot to tell my date that I was coming.i knew how he looked but he did not know how I looked. So I watched him all night without him knowing. But in the meantime, someone else was watching me, watching him. So this guy approached me and was very persistent. We began to talk and dance. Finally I approached blind date but didn’t go well, he wasn’t too happy that I had watched him all night. So he left, but in the meantime Mr “ stuck to me like glue” continued to be persistent. We exchanged numbers and agreed to meet for breakfast, but he was a no show. Two weeks later he called and we’ve been together ever since. Dated 20 years, married 11 years.
What the weekend would mean to us
A weekend at this ranch will mean the world to us because since my husband retired, his only two siblings passed away the same year and so he takes care of his mom every day. He deserves a wonderful big break and I think this is the perfect getaway with perks. Please help me make this happen for us. We need so alone time.
