Our story
Shawn and Amber met in college more than 35 years ago. Through many twists and turns, they eventually left college, got married, and chose to set aside many of their own hopes and dreams to pursue full-time ministry. After 10 years of infertility, they were blessed with three children and soon found themselves embarking on a truly one-of-a-kind journey. For decades, Shawn and Amber have poured their hearts and souls into ministry and, above all, into the lives of their children. They have given so much of themselves to others, faithfully serving, loving, and caring for those around them every step of the way. Now, after a lifetime of pouring into their family, they find themselves just months away from becoming empty nesters as their youngest prepares to get married. It feels like the beginning of a new chapter—one where they finally have the opportunity to slow down, breathe, and enjoy some of the life they have spent so many years giving to others.
What the weekend would mean to us
A weekend at the ranch would give my parents the opportunity to see just how much their faithfulness, love, and genuine care for those around them mean. For so long, they have consistently gone above and beyond for others, always giving of themselves and pouring into those around them. It would be such a meaningful blessing to see that same love and generosity poured back into them and to have the opportunity to truly bless them in return.
